What is the Youth Climate Corps campaign?
Young people are tired of waiting for the government’s actions and policy to match its 2019 climate emergency declaration. In fact, polling shows the majority of Canadians want a Youth Climate Corps now.
It’s time for a brash and transformative new public program.
A program that puts young people to work in good, green jobs that reduce greenhouse gas emissions, strengthen our communities, and protect biodiversity, so we can take care of each other and live in dignity and safety.
